Loan Requirements

At NDL Micro-Credit, we make the loan process straightforward. Review the requirements below for the type of loan you’re applying for.

For Individual Salary Workers

• Proof of regular income (3 months pay slips)

• Bank statement (at least 6 months)

• 2 passport-sized photographs

• Identity Card (Voters ID, Passport, Drivers License, or other valid ID)

• 2 Guarantors:

  • Each guarantor must provide 1 passport photo and 1 ID card

• Letter of undertaking from your employer

• Inspection of your workplace and home

• Completed Loan Application Form

• Signed Loan Offer Letter

For Corporate and SMEs

• Proof of Identity (Voters ID, Passport, Drivers License, etc.) of Directors

• Company registration documents

• Company profile

• Contract agreement (if applicable)

• Board resolution authorizing the loan

• Official Application Letter to Borrow

• Bank statement (at least 6 months)

• Inspection of the company premises

• Completed Loan Application Form

• Signed Loan Offer Letter

For Business Loans

• Proof of business (e.g., business registration or license)

• Proof of cash flow (Sales book, bank statement, etc.) for at least 6 months

• 2 passport-sized photographs

• Identity Card (Voters ID, Passport, Drivers License, etc.)

• 2 Guarantors:

  • Each guarantor must provide 1 passport photo and 1 ID card

• Inspection of your business and home

• Completed Loan Application Form

• Signed Loan Offer Letter
